We park here every time we go to Chinatown. The workers are really friendly and they take good care of my car. Conveniently located not far from every spot we normally visit. 20 minute walk to 9/11 Museum. It’s 5 minutes away from Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, 20 minutes from Scars Pizza on Orchard St. best garage to park in the area, service and price are great. Paid $25 for 5 hours for a midsize / crossover SUV - Audi Q5. Highly recommended!

We used this garage through a parking app as the location was what we needed. The one older attendant there was sooo rude because he was disappointed I showed up with an app QR code that I had already paid. He had cut a ticket from the garage itself thinking I was going to pay them directly so he got angry and started yelling at me! Blaming me for not telling him before that I had a reservation through the app. Mind you, I was helping my special needs child getting out of the car and he never approached us to find out as it should have been his job. I did not allowed him to talk to me that way so I answered back and he tried to gaslight me. The best part was when his own boss came around and nonshalantly told him, "Stop fighting with customers!" ... I guess they know him well. When we left

It was closed location to my destination point. Simple drop off, simple pick up. Everything worked normal. The place is overpriced: $50 for 2 hrs.

Very convenient for Chinatown! They were also running a weekend special when we were there and it was quite convenient. Also look out for coupons on their website. You pull up and leave the car keys, they park the car for you then retrieve it close to the time of your return. We came back earlier than expected but they got out car down in just the time it took us to settle the bill, which was great! Clean facility, good service as well.

Good location but unfortunately the attendants don’t give af. Stay away from here if you drive a Tesla. They didn’t give me back my key card and were more interested in getting tipped. I had to drive back to them couple days later to get my card which was then a nightmare to pick out of the OTHER 6-7 Tesla keycards that owners had forgotten with them. Terrible experience.
