NYC Parking 200 East Parking Corp.

I've parked here monthly for a year and I would think twice before parking here if I were you. My car has been damaged multiple times by the staff. The first one the garage admitted fault and now I'm going through another damage claim. They leave the car filthy due to the leaks in the ceiling and there is constant dirt in the car due to their ridiculous windows down policy. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm leaving for another garage and I would never recommend this garage to anyone.

Unwelcoming, rude, and do not honor prepaid 3rd party app pricing. I was charged a ~15% increase on my prepaid monthly rate prior to the month expiring and while under contract. I was given no explanation why, but the car wouldn’t be returned to me until paid. I blame this location for the fiasco because I did receive a credit and apology from IPark after a quick phone call.

Terrible. I don't recommend ever parking here. If you choose to park here check your entire car for damages. We parked here for several months and our car was damaged twice and only once did they accept responsibility. We have since moved garages in the same area and it's night and day when you compare just the level of service.

We had a prepaid reservation and they refused to park us and would not discuss it. Just yelled at us to go away and would not let us pull in from the street at all to discuss it. In fact, he got angry when we yelled back from our car across the sidewalk asking questions and tried to show our reservation and got aggressive with us. We watched another car go past us and pull right in without comment from the guy outside. No easy way to get a refund.

I use this place when I visit the doctor around the corner. Great location. Expensive but it’s Manhattan. They check your car for dents before parking. Quick retrieval of car. It has a big ramp. It is easy to miss but it’s across from the Morton Williams. Accepts credit.
