NYC Parking 215 East 24th Garage Corp

Showed up last Monday evening (Labor Day) and booked a spot on site without a reservation. The staff was friendly and efficient. I intended to leave the car for 3 days but ended up needing to leave car for an additional day. When i showed up the car was ready in 2 minutes with no hassle for leaving car for extra day. Very nice! It was about $45 a day to park. I read other reviews so was a little skeptical, but fortunately this was an awesome experience. Much thanks to the staff.

Honestly, I have had no problems at all with them parking my nissan rogue. Hopefully, it will stay that way. Never lost my keys, or any issues what so ever. I book through Parkwhiz and never mention that I have an SUV. So far I get the best deal ever in that area.

I had an important symposium meeting, so I made a reservation in advance through SpotHero for parking. I arrived on time, but was told the lot was full and that I had to leave. There was a person dressed in black standing near the entrance, looking at their phone. I assumed they were just a passerby, but they kept walking back and forth in front of my car. When I tried to pull in, the person started talking to themselves outside, then suddenly came over to my window and aggressively said, "I’m talking to you! It’s full. You need to leave," in a very rude manner. Any reasonable person would come up to the car, ask the driver to roll down the window, and explain the situation calmly. But this person—who I assume was an employee—just got angry immediately, made dismissive hand gestures, and

215 East 24th Street New York, NY 10010-3802. Attendant was having trouble inputting my wife's Park whiz reservation. So much so he started punching his desk which alarmed my wife and our daughter. They began to feel unsafe. At that point he stated to just pay directly. My wife asked for a price for 3 hours and he would not give an answer. He said could be $15 or $50. My wife advised she would find another garage and then the attendant CLOSED THE GATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, they now feel threatened that, and agitated male has trapped them! My wife then calls the police. Only then did he open up the gates. This employee should be fired immediately. My wife and Daughter were coming from Sloan cancer center, recovering from Brain surgery 3 weeks ago. I'm only thankful this situation did n

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I reserved & paid for a spot on Spot Hero early in the morning. When I got there at 7:40am, the “manager” was standing outside to tell me they were full. I told him I reserved a spot and already paid. He said “oh well were full” and I could barely hear him with his nonchalant attitude. He told me to call for a refund and never once even tried to show he cared nor apologized. Thankfully, Spot hero has amazing customer service. Moral of the story: go to any other garage in the city
