When a business meeting brought me to Chinatown, I found the iPark garage on 44 Elizabeth Street and decided to go for it — smart choice, as it turned out. I booked via the app a few hours ahead, got a discounted online rate, and pulled right in. Then the attendant helped me check out and explained the exit lanes clearly. Getting to my event on time was stress-free because parking was handled. This service definitely gets my recommendation.

Be careful. Bunch of scammers work here. I told the guy I prepaid and confirmed my car is “standard” size. He assured me it is. “Don’t worry! It is standard. Come see me if any issues and I’ll take care of it” When I came for the car I get hit with “oversized” charge and he just shrugged his shoulders when I reminded him what he told me at check-in. Never parking here again.

Had a great experience parking my car here. They do take your keys so I was pretty skeptical because my car has been broken into earlier (in San Francisco). But I didn’t really have a choice so just took that leap of faith. They returned my car just as I dropped it off. Good service at the garage overall!

We have been monthly customers parking at the ipark in Long Island City on Hunt Street and have had so many terrible experiences. The garage damaged our car and won’t get back to us after we reached out to them about it. Today we were told when we went to pickup our car that it wasn’t there and the attendant couldn’t communicate to us where it was or why it wasn’t there. Often when we text for our car it isn’t ready and the attendant asks us if we texted for our car. We are so frustrated with our experience that we are switching garages.

Up charged me for an "oversized" vehicle when I went to pick up my car after pre-paying for parking. I had parked in this same garage before, never had been charged for an oversized vehicle before....
