Don’t trust the posted hours. The man in front of me was told by the parking attendant he could pick up his car at 5am—but when he showed up, he was told to come back at 6am instead. He tried calling all the listed numbers, but they all routed back to the same attendant who kept repeating that no one would be there until 6. Then it was my turn. My parking was valid until 1am, but the attendant told me I had to come back by 12:30am because he was leaving early. I tried reasoning with him, especially since the hours are clearly posted on the wall (photos included), but he wouldn’t budge. Bottom line: Don’t rely on the hours they advertise—they don’t follow them.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this parking garage. One of the employees acted very unprofessionally: while moving our vehicle, he almost hit my sister and even honked at us - all in front of my three children, who were frightened by the situation. When it was time to pay, he took my card roughly and then tossed it back at me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope they improve their service.

It’s a regular parking spot in Midtown. It’s steep and narrow to get down there: be careful cause there’s basically no sidewalk for people walking in or out. No complaints about the service, both guys (morning and afternoon) did a neat job. They don’t have a flat rate for the mornings weekend but it’s clearly stated.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PARKING LOT! The very rude staff. Don't spend your money on this parking lot, bad service and bad staff, they should change that arrogant staff they have.

I cannot emphasize enough to not go to this location. The parking attendant yelled at me for the size of the vehicle, and then proceeded to say he doesn’t have time for my questions about what I can do since I already paid. He asked for a tip and the next day said I never gave him the car keys and we had to repeatedly ask where they keep the keys so we could take a look. My car keys were in there the entire time and he didn’t even roll up my car window, so it was open the entire night. He then said you can get out of the garage now. I would avoid at all costs or you will be charged extra and given major attitude. It is also very costly compared to other garages.
