NYC Parking 300 Parking Inc.

Everything was fine at the beginning until they recommended parking at 300 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019. It is the worst place to park a car. In addition, one of the staff members was aggressive with me and was looking for trouble. I would never recommend it. It is terrible and far from the hotel. I spoke with management from Park central hotel and they did nothing, even though they were the ones who sent me there. Because of this, I will not return to this hotel and never to this parking Poor service.that was 1/3/26 around 6:30 pm

Was told upon pickup I was not allowed to have my car or keys unless I paid an oversize car fee. This was directly after being asked if I had prepaid. Please note- I Paid in advance— had to give company license plate make of car upon paying again the day before. They should have known what I had when charging me before arrival. My car easily fits in any of their spaces and is well under the listed restrictions. To be honest, if I am dropping off my car and you let me know upon drop off that there was a mistake in the system or at least something along the lines of I may need to pay more like ok fine wouldn’t be as upset. To tell me upon pick up I now need to pay another fee is unacceptable. Again this is- after taking my car in and confirming payment upon dropping car off. I drive a 4

As soon as we came, the attendant was rude for no good reason. We were visiting NYC so to have the very first person we come across in this city act like this was disappointing. We ended up canceling our parking reservation like 2 minutes after arriving due to their attitude, and the attendant argued with us over a $10.00 additional charge because we didn’t tell him first before cancelling. Please go anywhere else.

The attendant was rude, unhelpful, and had NO business interacting with any customers! There are a million other parking lots in NYC, and clearly they don’t care so DO NOT park here.

DO NOT PARK HERE! They crashed our car. Those in charge will not take care of your car.
