NYC Parking 311 Parking Corp.

I was really nervous to park here with some of the reviews I’ve seen but we paid online for 12 hours, got there at noon, (they gave us a parking slip) told them we’d be back about 9, got there at 9:20 and gave them the parking slip, scanned the bar code that showed be had paid for parking and 3 minutes later we had our car and were driving away. Truth be told, communicating in English was a little difficult but everything went very smoothly so I’m very happy with my experience and think they did a great job for us.

Parked for a show at new world stages. There’s a bad scuff on the back bumper and a part of the door handle is missing like someone tried to break in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Brought the car in brand new, no dings, dents or scratches. Got it back damaged. We did think the parking attendant was nice and friendly but he damaged the car while parking and we unfortunately didn't catch it until we had gotten home because he drove the car all the way up to the sidewalk area so we didn't walk around the front and see it until later on. Although conveniently located by a theater park at your own risk and walk around the entire car before leaving, just in case!

Parked here Saturday for a Broadway show through Best Parking app. I paid for a 12 hour reservation and when we got there they said they were only open until midnight. On top of that when we rushed back to get the car they then charged us $2 more because we arrived a few minutes before the reservation. We asked them to reconsider that as we paid for a 12 hour reservation, yet were only given 6 hours and they did not adjust the rate. Stay clear of this place!

DO NOT PARK THERE. Beware. THIS IS A SCAM PLACE. Booked this parking garage through way.com app and when I arrived I asked the park attendant if I am in the right parking and he confirmed the address, took my car and issued me a receipt. When I came back other park attendant refused to honor my payment. I showed them way app receipt and the address which matches the address on the premises and he still refused to honor and I had to pay again. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Beware. DO NOT PARK THERE.
