NYC Parking 330 Third Parking Corp.

This location has a deal with Frehand Hotel around the corner. They give the hotel stickers with a certain price to validate the deal for parking. When we went to pickup the car, the attendant stated the hotel was wrong and the price was higher than on the advertised sticker and Hoteltonight website. Be wary of the price switching. Otherwise the place is OK. The car was parked for a few days and we got in and out relatively quickly other than the attendant having to call the owner to honor the price on their own validation sticker.

Solid deal on SpotHero, needed two nights overnight (and you get a huge discount to their normal rate). They check your ticket on the way out, so make sure to have your phone with you then. Not needed upon check-in. Easy, no fuss. Would park there again.

I parked here on 1/17/17 around 11:00am. The idiots at this lot broke my mirror on passenger side and glued it back on and did not inform me. It wasn't until later in the day I parked on the street and went to fold my mirrors in that I realize what had happened. The person who was working on 1/17/17 around 11:00am should be fired for being dishonest and attempting to cover up what had happened. Someone who actually knows how to park a car should work in a garage not some incompetent idiot.

While it was surprisingly quick to get my GMC Terrain out, it does not make up for the very noticeable gash on the front near the grill. Cannot recommend!

The staff was friendly but the lot was very tight with a one lane entrance/exit and small spaces. The exit on Third Avenue made getting out of the city easy.
