I parked here midday on a Monday and it was an all around good experience. The attendant was friendly and cracking jokes, they were fast retrieving my car, and there was no damage. I’m not sure why this place only has one star. I’ve been parking in Manhattan garages for two decades and I would say this one is well above average.
Be careful if you make your reservation in spot hero they will charge extra when you go to pick up your car, poor service from them.
