I want to thank the manager of this iPark Garage for his outstanding service and kindness. From the very first day, I was impressed by the way he treated me with such respect and care. He even arrives before opening time just because I mentioned I needed to get in early that level of dedication truly means a lot. His professionalism and genuine consideration make this service first class. Highly recommended!

Do not book here through spot hero. The attendant said they have not and never will honor spot hero (even after its paid and confirmed)

The best parking lot . Love their customer service here great people and manager is very helpful and amazing service.

I'm not so sure why this garage has any negative reviews. I parked my car here over a year and they took care of it. I've parked at other garages before where my car has been damaged. The Attendants are responsible and my car was always ready when I needed it. I would definitely park here again. Tip: They will also wash and clean your car for an additional fee. They do a great job and it is well worth the money.

One star is generous. Made online reservation for evening of Dec. 15 through iPark at location #82, 404 East 85th, but the attendant refused it and said there was no space. We could see at least three empty spots from where we stood. He was very rude and kept shouting at us to "call the number" saying "they" would give us alternate places. The only number on my reservation rang at the garage itself. No response from an email to iPark. Never again....
