NYC Parking 425 East 58 Garage Corp.

I was okay with this parking garage for the last 3 months until this morming. I'm a doctor who sometimes works overnight in the hospital so yesterday I made 2 transactions. One for the morning and I parked my car without issues and left early in the afternoon. Then I came back for my night shift and paid for 24 hours which is $15 cheaper with SpotHero than with the garage. I go to pick up my car this morning and these con artists charged me an additional $10 for overstay yet I still have 7 hours left to the reservation. The guy at the front desk was absolutely USELESS and of course if I didn't pay, I wouldn't get my car back. This place is a joke. Don't park here if you want to save yourself an expensive headache! Cheap and nice facilities but there are too many people working and the reason is unclear. I waited half and hour for my car in a room with them all ignoring me (yes I called for their attention) and choosing to argue with each other instead. Then, I was almost hit with my car when they returned it as a show of them being upset with me? Immature and dangerous. Beware of the idiocy that works here! Be prepared to wait and expected to be content doing so or else they’ll threaten your life with your own car!

They have scratched my car 3 times including twice over the past 4 months. Over the weekend when the manager is not there, the garage employees are totally unsupervised, they mostly don’t speak English and can’t follow the protocol (like filing a damage report). They are reckless, don’t care about one’s property and never take any responsibility. I wouldn't recommend anyone this garage

A very convenient location for me when visiting family at Sutton Place. Each time I’ve parked here I made reservations earlier in the week. The staff are very kind and pleasant to talk with. The parking cost is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this Garage if you require parking in the area.

I'm parking here all the time from 6months ago about 3times a week.i leave 3bucks tip as a manner.i was get cursed by a old guy with glasses tonight after work,if he's new i won't complaint but u glasses gentleman u take my car 7or 8times at least, what makes u think I don't leave tip?!!!After he cursed me,I told him I leave the tip through the cashier and I did that all the time,what's the problem? the old glasses gentleman I don't need u take my car from now on ,I will treat other guy the same old but u ,I will leave u 0 tip u earn what u should get! My car Toyota Camry . Sliver with a lot scratch rust on the right side.even it's a poor car the owner is not a cheap guy .
