Same thing happen to me, I booked on Spothero and I was told to pay extra $25 because my vehicle is oversized. I drove a Tesla Y, a med size SUV. I have never pay for oversized vehicle in other parking lots before. WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There are many parking lots in the area with much cheap rate and better service. Also, all the photos uploaded by the owner are fake.

I booked on Spothero for a flat rate and then was told I needed to pay an extra $15 because our vehicle was oversized. We drive a medium sizes SUV and have never been charged for an oversized vehicle before.

The guy who is thin, grey hair and the one who’s only the morning shift was really angry and rude; Disrespectful for something so silly this morning, I made a mistake of not having the key in the ignition unlike always as I was on a call and this guy starts cussing at me and on asking cusses again stating what should I not get angry at? What kind of attitude when you work for a parking garage? For what? If you can’t have customer service which is expected at least don’t be rude and disrespectful to everyone. Extremely unprofessional and shame to this place where the others are such good workers. I chose to not speak back as I felt it would just worsen things up but don’t go to this place for parking.

Reserved a spot at this garage using iPark, then arrived and was told lot was full. Fine, thinks happen- but the attendant on duty was incredibly rude about the situation. Rude staff, bad service, inaccurate advertising.

Horrible customer service. I spoke with Johnny. I pre reserved and when I arrived they advised that due to my 5 inch bike rack they will charge double the cost. They were extremely rude abt it. None of their policies stated this
