Do not park here. I reserved my parking online on ParkWhiz. When I arrived, the attendant scanned my ParkWhiz app. When my husband went to pick the car up, they told him that it would be $60 cash. When my husband told me this, I called him to tell him no, I had already paid on ParkWhiz, the money had already been taken out of my bank account, and that they needed to give the cash back. After speaking with them and the manager for about 45 minutes, they refused to return the cash, and said that we would have to get a refund from ParkWhiz. ParkWhiz has since denied my refund claim. Absolutely nonsense policies on both ends, and I will never ever park here again.

Only 30 bucks to have them park my car for about 3-4 hours. Guys were really cool and didn’t take long at all to get my car back. Plus right around the corner from the tunnel so I don’t have to worry about the traffic to get back to Jersey

$55 for 24 hours parking and you need to wait for someone to park your car and take your car out. It is very easy to steal a car when the guy goes into the garage with one car and leave the next one outside.

Good location to our hotel but check in process for my car and check out was horrid. The guy when we got there was not clear about what we should do and really rushed us. Did not pay attention to our reservation at all. When I came to pick up the car at said time that I paid until, I was asked for a ticket which I couldn't find in my bag and honestly didn't remember getting because of the experience the day before. The guy was NOT going to get my car for me even though I calmly suggested using my registration to prove it's my car. As well as all the other information I can prove it's my car including the reservation information and QR code . He just kept saying "no ticket" "no car" I was incredible close to calling the police. This place was horrible because I paid for parking on an app ahead of time and once me and my girl got there and I was trying to show the attendant I paid through an app ahead of time but he didn't even look at my phone to confirm that I paid or anything and said we don't take apps you have to pay here with a credit card so we did since we did not wanna be late for our event. So when we came back for the car to go home we gave the same attendant the receipt so we could pick up our car, but while we were waiting for our car he took the next customer's phone to accept their payment through an app and me and my girl were like now ain't that some bull wow. So needless to say I will not be going back there and another thing is that there is only one entrance and exit so there will be some wa
