NYC Parking 59 Allen Street Garage Corp.

This guy is horrible! He is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. He treats the staff and customers really bad. He is rude and dismissive! I parked there a couple of times per week. I will never park there again and I will let everyone in the community know do not use this lot!

This is a really good location if you are staying at the Wyndham in Chinatown. Guys that run it are nice. Only irritating thing was waiting for them to open up on Sunday morning. They were running 20 late, because someone called in sick. Can't hold that against anyone. Would park here in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Received my car back missing a few items off of it as well as it absolutely REEKING of marijuana. When I called to ask about it, I got laughed at and told to “well then call the police”. Never in my life have I encountered such blatant rudeness and zero care about their job. I’m disgusted.

Purchased parking in advance for a much cheaper rate than nearby garages. I checked in with staff when I arrived. They parked my car. Came back the next day and retrieved car. No issues whatsoever. Will park here again.

I was told this garage would be open until midnight, but when I arrived it was already locked up. My car — with my work items and important medications inside — was trapped inside overnight. Being left stranded like that is unacceptable and dangerous. If you can’t keep your posted hours, you shouldn’t be operating at all. Completely unreliable and dispicable place.
