I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at Ipark Parking Lot location 110 East 65 Street on 04/23/2025 I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention as the experience was both disappointing and unpleasant. Upon attempting to park at your facility, I was informed by the parking attendant that the lot was full. However, I noticed several available spaces, which contradicted the attendant's claim. When I politely questioned this, the attendant responded in a rude manner, yelling at me instead of providing clarity or assistance. This behavior was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I pre booked and paid 6 hours on Sep 2nd from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We entered the parking at 12:42 pm and left at 5:26 pm so not even 6 hours and I was charged extra $10, when I asked the guy why, he said overstaying so I asked him how when I stayed less than 6 hours which I booked for so he told me before you entered early! Such a rip off! Just be aware of ipark! They will rip you off with any possible way!

Don’t go here. The place smells like gasoline, the guy left my window open. For god knows what reason and my car stinks of gas

Staff was really good and helpful. It was affordable. But it is better to call them before you reach there.
