NYC Parking 61 Jane Parking Corp.

Using this parking spot on June 23rd. They lost my car key and all my other keys so I had to stay they for about 4 hours. I was told that they will refund and reimburse for the cost. But still didn’t receive any payment from them. I called the claim department but they are SUPER RUDE AND YELLED AT ME! It doesn’t make sense their staff lost clients keys and treated me like I did something wrong?? I hope they send a check ASAP! And please do not use this parking spot!!

I reserved online and they said they had no parking available and told me to get out, they were extremely rude. Big scam, avoid

I purchased a pre paid parking pass from best parking and the manager refused to let me park there unless i paid $15 for an oversize suv. I was driving a Tesla cross over which is the model Y. I NEVER HAD TO PAY AN OVERSIZE VEHICLE FEE IN NYC with my Tesla. I park in nyc garages on a weekly basis. The manager was very rude and demanding. He refused to listen or care to what I had to say. I do not recommend this garage.

Parked in the garage today. Asked the parking attendant Jose approximately how much it would cost to park the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon. We were told approximately $35 to $46 . When We arrived back three hours later and we were told it was $70 for three hours! What?! When we asked why the price jumped so much we were told it was because we had an over sized vehicle. No mention of this when we asked the price. Never have we been charged a over sized vehicle. Would be nice if them to inform the customer. To add insult to injury we waited 40 minutes for the car! I would advise strongly against using this parking garage.

Horrible customer service. The guys that work there seem to make up the prices as they go. We confirmed the pricing with the gentleman numerous times and when we go get the vehicle they come up with double the price. And then continue with attitude.. Spent over 30 minutes asking for a supervisors number. After I finally speak to the supervisor Jorge, he hung up the call while I was still speaking. Very rude and unprofessional. Honestly wouldn't recommend for people to come here.
