Never park here again! When we returned to our car, the passenger seat have what appeared to be sand and the car temperature is warm during winter when the temperature outside is cold. The car temperature gauge is in the center which means the car engine is turned on for long time. The valet people are getting comfortable warming and sitting in our car!

I parked the car for less than 15 min and when I got the car back, it smelled marijuana/smoke. And the valet executives were not ready to accept. Never parking again

Safe, great spot to leave your car, use it all the time we go to the city. Everybody is courteous and kind! Do yourself a favor and don’t think twice. Best parking garage in China Town.

As the other reviews stated they will charge you more than what you’ve prepaid online. Today they asked me for an extra $15 . When I asked why they said I was here longer than the duration then when I showed him the receipt and the times on it he changed his reason to the size of my vehicle for the up charge . Even though the size make and model was entered in when the booking was made. I go to my car and he quickly radioed to the driver who then tried to quickly pull my car into the lift. I had to stand on the lift with my car so they could’nt take it away and call the police . The valet driver seemed nice and reluctantly admitted that this is a frequent thing that they do with the up charge scam. Buyer beware!
