“I used this parking garage where “I park 200E 73rd st” about two weeks ago. I parked my BMW for about an hour, and when I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that the front bumper was damaged. I asked an employee named William about it, but he said he didn’t know what happened. When I requested to check the security cameras, he was uncooperative. My wife and I reviewed the footage ourselves and clearly saw the incident, capturing it as evidence. We filed a claim, but it’s been over 10 days, and we haven’t received any response. I tried calling, but no one is answering. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way. At this point, I may need to go through my insurance company to get the damage repaired. Very bad experience.”
