I am extremely disappointed with the services at iPark. The employees were incredibly rude, insulted us, and called us liars. They handle customers' cars very carelessly, driving quickly in a parking lot filled with a lot of other cars. When they returned our car, the handbrake was engaged, which is unacceptable. Moreover, I picked up my car with scratches on the rear bumper, which is likely the result of the careless parking by the staff. Unfortunately, there was no time to call the police and sort it out. Additionally, the staff refused to give us the discount we were entitled to for staying at the hotel. They scanned our ticket, the discounted price appeared on the screen, and then the employee manually canceled the discount and refused to return our car until we paid the full amount. I

We found the prices reasonable, the staff was nice and our car was close to the exit when we arrived. We would use again.

The park attendant was extremely rude, not helpful, and sighed a lot about questions we asked. Even full sped reversed my car to the other side of the parking lot. We didn’t even interact with him for 3 minutes, he very much just didn’t want to be bothered. When I went to go get my car the next day it was completely dead. Noticed interior light was left on, but they won’t take responsibility. They even have signs in the beginning basically saying your S.O.L. Even if it wasn’t their fault they were very short with me and barely helped. I had to ask them for jumper cables and they used other peoples cars that were parked there. Had to call a tow truck because the jumper cables they had were too big to connect to my battery. So $50 and a tow ride is what you will get here.

We stayed at the hotel nearby and were supposed to have a discounted price however the hotel reception didn’t mention it and the employees of the parking said it when we were supposed to leave just before paying! Very disappointed! Extremely rude staff. And when they brought the car they even especially put it too much in front of us on the hill so that we had to walk to the car with the baby stroller.
