Why do garages not take teslas? Is it because you know there’s cameras everywhere and are worried you’d have to be responsible for damages? The attendant was nice about it. So nothing bad on him. But it’s ridiculous

Very shady, tried to gouge me $200 "exotic car" fee to park a 3 year old Genesis GV70 for two hours. Hyundai's are exotic cars now? Absolute clowns. Ironically when I had an M5 comp parked there a few years ago, never had the same hassle!

Honestly 1 star is generous but unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. The attendant was extremely rude. When we pulled in he didn't Saya single word to me and came over to my window and just shook his finger and walked away. My fiancée went out to tell him that we already paid for parking but he was telling her that he only accepts monthly parkers. The attendant doesn't speak much English but that doesn't stop him from being extremely rude to us. I will not be using Ipark in the foreseeable future because my experience was absolutely dreadful.

How are these people still in business? I had booked a parking spot online and paid already but was greeted by an extremely rude attendant. Once I showed my confirmation and receipt, the attendant told me to leave and wouldn’t accept my confirmation.

It was shocking how rude the attendant is, and I can see based on other reviews that this isn't the only incident. I called hoping to check for available spots, but I was hung-up on twice for asking a clarifying question. Clearly this company doesn't care about anything but the bucks. They're letting one person be the face of the company and they're OK with it.
