I’ve parked here many times, and it’s always a good experience. The service is quick and professional, and I love that it’s so close to some of the best restaurants and shops—it makes my trips to the city so much easier. Plus, my wallet loves the early bird special when I’m spending the whole day exploring.

They charged us twice the price for an oversize truck. We paid in advance the amount for an oversized pick up truck and when we came back to get it they charged us again even if we had the proof of payment that we had already paid ...don't go there..

Avoid at All Costs!! We had the absolute worst experience at this parking place. We arrived around 6pm, only to be told to wait for 30 minutes while they "figured things out." A bit of planning ahead would have been nice! Every time I asked for an update, they just told me it would be another 5 minutes and dismissed me rudely, even gesturing for me to talk to myself. I used HeroSpot, so my time was pre-booked and pre-paid for $50, leaving me with no other options. After returning three hours later, they had the audacity to charge me an additional $15 because I was supposedly late. They completely ignored the fact that they were the ones who caused the delay in the first place. Their response? "Call the police." This place is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.

I used to use them regularly, I showed up with a reservation and they said they no longer take my brand of car with no explanations. I guess they don’t have good enough insurance.

I recommend this garage if you find yourself in this part of NY. Good security and traffic and polite staff. Pleasant experience overall.
