Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay $31 to park in a residential building just to visit a friend. Completely crazy to force residents who live in the building an extra $500 per month on top of thier rent in order to park in their own building. The add-ons are ludicrous $100 extra for an SUV. $200 extra for a exotic car. $100 extra for each: in & out service, attendant park, etc. Incredible just absolutely incredible.
Typical valet parking garage in nyc. Convenient for me because I live in the complex. They also have charging stations for EV.
If I had the choice to give this place 0 stars, I would choose that over even 1 star. The guy was so rude on the phone that I decided not to park there. I won't ever give this place my money with such rude employees.
