NYC Parking Chelsea Seventh Garage Corp.

The last time when I used SPOT Hero for a New York parking garage, they denied the service.. this time I was very skeptical about it, but the garage honored the reservation, though they mentioned that they could have done it a lesser amount. It's on 25th Street, 8 blocks to Macy’s Store, and a 25 min walk to Times Square, a little bit far, but hey you are paying less. We paid $35 for 7 hours. Service was good, there was no line. It’s not on the road level, going down and coming out of the garage- be careful, it is steep, also they keep cars on one side so drive carefully. They give tickets upon arrival, and leave the keys with Vathe let. Upon returning, they will bring your car. They also have the service to call before coming to the garage and they will keep your car ready. I know lot

Don’t park here. They didn’t honor the price ($560 that I paid to spot hero) and wouldn’t release my car until I paid double what I paid to spot hero. When I left my car there, they said that everything was fine. It was only at pickup that they demanded $1000 to release my car. It was the worst nightmare I could have expected. I called spot hero customer service when they wouldn’t release my car and they advised me to just pay the garage and then I would get my money back. Spot Hero eventually gave me my money back but this garage held my car and wouldn't budge, even when I had Spot Hero on the phone telling them that I had already paid and had all the required paperwork. So in the end I am so disappointed that I parked at this garage. Don't ever park here. They are dishonest.

We show up 30 minutes early for our parking reservation and the charged $15 extra dollars. Will never park here again. I have been parking at this garage for year. Unbelievable that they did this. They didn’t have to do that.

They hit my car bumper and knocked out my Left Lamp Light than tried to stuff the electoral wiring back in the hole. They tried to conceal it so I didn't notice it until I got in my Car and the indicator told me to check my Left Lamp Light I look and saw my bumper was hit and my Light was knocked out They tried to put it back. When I told the parking attendant he first said it was like that I told him no it wasn't like that when I dropped it off. I showed him the car notification. He said fill out a complaint form and when I asked him what was the next step he said I was bothering him because I he was eating. So, I called the corporate office They answered that day and took the complaint number and told me they will review the video and that they have a Auto Body repair place they use on

We used Spot Hero to book a parking spot for our SUV and paid for an oversized vehicle when we booked. There was no drama at all. Easy drop off / pick up. Car seemed to be taken good care of, and it was retrieved quickly when we showed up.
