Terrible experience. I booked a spot online via ParkWhiz. Paid $400 for a monthly spot. When I showed up with my car the attendant told me the lot is full. Even when I showed proof of payment and my account number he wouldn’t take my car. This was a terrible experience and I would recommend you stay far away from this garage. There’s many other good options in the area.

Had a paid and confirmed Reservation through Spot Hero. Most rude and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Arrived a little after 7 today and after driving all the way in the attendant starting waving his hands they were full even after explaining I had a paid reservation. Had to reverse navigate my way out of the packed garage with no assistance from the attendant whom vanished into the facility somewhere. Caused me to almost miss a procedure at Mt Sinai. had to re book at another nearby garage. This garage should be removed from any affiliations with Spot Hero or other groups. Spot hero stepped up to the plate after I called and made it right. Avoid this garage at all costs.

Parked monthly here for a year, always had great service. The guys who work here are friendly and when I call ahead my car is either out and waiting for me or they pull it up within three minutes. Also helped me out when I had a flat (unrelated to the garage). Monthly rates comparable to local places. Would recommend this garage

No problems with Parking. I had a reservation through Park Wizz. Pulled up, checked at the correct garage as another slightly up the road. Asked how long was needed even though pre paid for 3 hours. I would try here again when coming back to Mount Sinai.

I want to love this garage but oh my gosh are they unprofessional. We pay for monthly service and we call way in advance to have our car….I’d say 10% chance it’s waiting for us on time. Unfortunately, the ipark team doesn’t speak to each other between shifts and we are always waiting 10-15 mins for our car this time as I write the review it’s been almost 30 mins…I feel bad for the guy right now bc it’s not exactly his fault so if management is reading PLEASE set up a more efficient process for your team to discuss and share information in between shifts. Such terrible service.
