Beware this parking lot!!! I parked my “Toyota Camry 2017” on Thursday, Apr 29th at 11:45am and then I picked up my car at 3:30pm. When I left this parking I detected that the genuine interior mirror of my car had been replaced with a cheap and broken one. I'm very sad about it.

Very bad experience in parking here. Attendants are not friendly, cooperative, or attentive. Damages to vehicle seen on many cars and they don't address it. Management company does not follow through and incident reports somehow get lost. Strongly advise NOT to park here. The only reason why 1 star is given is because you cannot post this negative review without giving something. They would have received a poor grade reflecting zero stars.

Buyer beware! I had received a referral for this parking lot from a friend who purchased parking through the third party online at this parking lot. Two issues with this parking lot. First, this parking lot is very difficult to find. Even with the directions online, it Missed several important details. Second, I had purchased parking online for early parking and throughout the day. When I arrived the parking attendant informed me they did not take online reservations prior to 9am. Thankfully, he took my car for the day and honored my online purchase. I called the online company to inform them that this was a mistake. That should not have been my job to call and fix their mistake.

The morning attendant was so rude!! I know that we are having a pandemic right now, but don't yell at me to not park in your lot because your afraid to get sick! Close the garage or don't come to work if you're afraid. I had to go to work, i don't have the option to work from home! And the best part was when I returned he was coughing all over the office. I think I'm more likely to get sick from you then vice versa.

It is easy to miss first time , but a really good deal if visiting the area.
