Worst experience imaginable with a parking garage. For context, we have a manual car, but the garage guys assured us it would all be fine… little did we know that it would become a complete disaster. We committed to monthly parking, and one day we took the car out and it wasn’t shifting into gear properly. Before we could even get a few blocks, we had to call a tow truck. The mechanic told us that through some immediate one time damage the clutch would have to be completely replaced for $1500. He said that someone who had driven it did not know how to drive manual and had incompletely pressed down on the clutch when shifting gears and forcefully put it into gear. Regardless the bad comments, we took our risk and left our Tesla in this parking lot and we were surprised by the excellent service provided, they also charged our car for free which we appreciated so much, we were supposed to take the car by 10 pm and got there at 10:10pm because the subway took too long from downtown and they didn’t not charge extra, we paid $30 dlls from 11:30 am to 10:10 pm Thank you for taking care of our car !!

I park here monthly and have not had any issues. My car is always ready when I ask, it doesn't have any scratches on it and the guys who pull the cars up are very friendly. For monthly, I highly recommend it.

this is a very convenient garage with helpful staff. i have been zipcarring for a long time and never had a problem so far.

This parking overcharge 15$ for oversize . They put stupid notes about length ! Almost all car more 181 inches . And scam the people ! Don’t park there ! 118 street good parking for normal money .
