We got the parking through an app, and I’m always under the impression — what if they don’t acknowledge it? (It’s happened to me a couple of times before!) So here’s the trick — just let them know, “Charge whatever you want,” and then talk to the app’s customer support. They’ll take care of the rest! Google Maps will drop you off on the avenue — not at the actual entrance. (Still not sure why Google hasn’t figured out the difference between a building and its entry point yet. No Google, you can’t just leave me at a nearby boundary!) We had to drive around the block to find the correct entry. The ramp down to the garage is quite steep, so be cautious while driving in.
