I usually like using this garage but when I made my reservation today, the attendant was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and outright hostile. When I dropped off the car, an attendant named William chose to help another customer before me despite me arriving before them. He then proceeded to not say anything to me about the reservation, handed me a ticket and walked away like he wanted nothing to do with me despite the fact that I am a paying customer like the other people he previously served. When I returned to the garage, the same attendant William was washing someone’s car and once again refused to acknowledge me. I waited a long time for assistance until I finally asked for help when it became clear he was not interested in helping me. William then very aggressively says “Can yo

They lied about the rate. Do not park here. Attendant deliberately misled me on pricing and didn’t attempt to remedy the situation when this was brought to their attention.
