NYC Parking The Caregie Garage LTD.

I called and emailed the company. On line chat said no problem parking and charging my Tesla. Drove in from CT and the attendant refused to take the car. Told me only monthly customers. They have 2 Tesla chargers that were not in use . I told him I would pay for the charge and he refused. I drove to an ICON lot on 95 th and Amsterdam and no problem to park and charge. I felt that this was unacceptable. I will spread the word about the lack of customer service. Attendant stated he would lose his Job if he charged my car. For a company to even imply this is unacceptable

The attendant is rude he rolls his eyes talks down to you funny he talks down to you I don’t know what his problem is but I think he is discriminatory towards woman. Let him speak to my husband the way he thought he could get away with speaking to me. I promptly put him in his place. Cowers like a lil lamb when you assert yourself. There are plenty other places to park.

The attendant encountered this late morning/afternoon could not have been nicer. Great experience.

The wrost parking lot in whole world!! The guy was very rude with me when I returned. He left me wait 10 min till get me the keys, I had to find my car and take from the spot and he charged me 5 dollars more. Thief!!!!!!

Soooo rude! And when we tried to talk to the attendant and resolve the issue, he was even more obnoxious and dismissive! Avoided this place.
