NYC Parking West 161st Parking Corporation

I have parked here many times. The staff has always been helpful and kind. I accidentally left a valuable (to me) package behind, and they took good care of it until a relative was able to go pick it up for me. To me, the most impressive part is that I did not realize it for hours and hours. I don’t know how many parking garages would have even kept the package.

This spot has an efficient and fast ballet parking service. I've been parking here for over six months now, no complaints so far. I recommend this place, primarily if you work in the area. They have a reward program that includes a free parking reservation for every ten points that you accumulate. But you would have to use the app iPark and create an account for the rewards program to work. Well deserved five stars!

The staff charged me $40 dollars for less than three hours parking. The rate on the wall shows $25 for up to 12 hours. I asked the staff why he overcharged me, he responded that it is the policy of the company. I entered at 9:35am, and drove out at 12:20 pm.

Parking was supposed to be $12.67 for 2 hours plus $5.61 for SUV or $12.67 for Large SUV. We had a large truck. They charged us $30. Was going to tip nice to help in these times but they screwed us so no tip for them! Ask how much before you leave

This is the worst Garage and umberto is a crook and angry person.I booked in the app and arrived back two hours early to my car. He tried to charge me extra saying we were back late. Avoid this place at all cost!!🤬
