NYC Parking West 90TH Garage Corp.

We’ve booked in advance through spot hero parking app and when we got there, they did not allow us parking, claiming that they were fully booked and our reservation meant nothing. Very absurd and abusive commercial practice.

This garage says they have availability on spot hero but then bounces you late night if they don’t feel like taking you. Attendant asked me who I was and what I want. It’s a garage. Pretty self evident. They need to get their agreement with SpotHero sorted out and need to reevaluate their model. Will avoid garage for all future parking.

I am disheartened that scams like company this still exist. An organization I belong to has secured discounted rates with this garage. I was charged $50 instead of $15 for my two hours. I explained carefully (even gave him a nice tip) AND have the correct documentation (my pass and my receipt) and the worker was unable to process. I called this company over 20 times and sent emails about being overcharged. I finally spoke to someone (I was very surprised and I think she answered by mistake) who said she would respond to my email and contact the manager. It is now a week later and nothing, no email, no call, no nothing. This is all because the person working there had no acumen, no acuity to understand how to do an honest transaction, while I observed him doing the same for others in my org

Very deceptive outside labeling. They will charge you 50 dollars no matter what the front says. Do not park here at all.

The tacobelly guy working there was really rude !! Plus when he was pulling out the car parked in front of our car , he touched the wall and I'm sure it scratched now ! I don't think your car will be safe at this place !
