I had a confirmed AC removal appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. The technician contacted me at around 9:20 AM saying they would arrive over an hour early and then expected me to be available or reschedule. When I explained that my appointment was at 11 and I was not available earlier, I was told I had to move the appointment to another day because they had a doctor’s appointment at 11:00 AM. Arriving over an hour early without advance notice does not equal being on time, and customers should not be expected to rearrange their schedules to accommodate poor planning. They provided the 11:00 AM time. If they needed to get it done earlier, they should have given me an earlier time slot. This resulted in a complete waste of time and unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company

They’re sent to me due to the Midea recall. Terrible experience with them! First of all, the tech was late for more than an hour without any notification and made up that the tech called me but I didn’t answer. Clearly there’s no missed call on my end before I reached out to the company. And then they change their saying to the tech was late due to another project. When I filled the repair request with Midea, all it says was that they would send a tech and drill a hole at the bottom of the AC. But the tech who was sent to our house sprayed some chemicals with strong smell on the AC without telling or asking us. I’m 36 weeks pregnant with an obvious belly! Email communication ahead of our appointment was very smooth and easy. We had no problems at all. For our first appointment Clarke installed the Hisense 8000 BTU model. He was very polite, professional and gave us a lot of advice on the appropriate models for our apartment. The installation was very quick and clean.
