NYC Window Air Conditioner Installation and Delivery by SuperCoolNYC

Jonathan did a really great job in getting two air conditioners installed within 24 hours of me initiating the order. (During a heat wave in NYC) I provided him with the rooms square footage and height of the ceiling. He let me know what size BTU were needed. The whole job was reasonably priced. Alex (the installer) was a pleasure to work with and did a great job on the installation. He even was able to provide an extension cord so the unit could be properly plugged. The best part of his service was his "can do" attitude. Jonathan's dedication to serving customers by putting the A/C’s on his truck without knowing whether he would be able to get in touch with me. Now my daughter is able to move into her new apartment in comfort.

Amazing service! Jon was incredibly friendly, kind, and responsive! I had an unforeseen circumstance and had to adjust the initial requirement and he was more than understanding and accommodating.
