NYU Langone Garage H (Propark)

Easy to find and so reasonably priced for the area. You go in and pretty much immediately leave the car. The valet drives it down the steep slope to the storage area and then back up, so I couldn’t tell if the storage area is clean, but the front certainly is. There is even a bench inside near the cashier’s booth. Very professional place.

Went there Tuesday. Came out had a flat after we drove down the block. Took the tire for inspection. The side wall had been punctured by a sharp object. Had to happen in the garage. We drove in and parked there. Went nowhere else and tire didn’t go flat for about twenty feet after we got out of the garage. I believe it was done on purpose.

Turned away with reservation prebook. They are unhelpful. Disappointed with service and communication by attendant. Avoid if possible.

Very unprofessional . I was calling to find out pricing and they hung up on me. I called four times more and no one picked up . I wasnt asking if this was the hospital . I knew it was the Paaaaarrrrrrkkkkking lot <-- how you said it was rude by the way .. thank you have a great day!!!!

Dropped my car and headed to my appointments. Came back about 10 hours later, car was retrieved from the basement, delivered to me and I drove away. Wouldn't hesitate to park there again.
