We recently hired Orlando and his team to restain and refinish our wood floors and the results are absolutely beautiful! The entire process was smooth from start to finish — great communication, punctual, and very professional. They took the time to help us choose the perfect stain color and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the project. They were in and out in 2.5 days and we had access after 4. Our floors look brand new again and have completely transformed our newly purchased home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service in the neighborhood.

We were looking to replace our wood floor for our house and had gotten quotes from 5 other places but were not happy with any of them. We met Orlando and Alex by dumb luck! They were working in our neighborhood and we called them after getting their number off their van. They came immediately to our house a promptly provided a quote. We got quotes from 5 flooring contractors to refinish some oak floors and O&A seemed super friendly, knowledgeable, available, and their quote was right in the middle of the 5 quotes we got. They were willing to be flexible and work with us on splitting the project up into sections so we could move our stuff around to accommodate them and they were flexible with our schedule. They did a really good job. They were quick and efficient and made it very easy work for us. They used good brand name products (Bona). Highly recommend working with Orlando & Alex! When the job was over and did a thorough cleaning.

I hired O&A Wood Floors to install vinyl in my new place and I am extremely satisfied with the process and the end result. I reached out and they came the next day to give me an estimate. I selected the material that I wanted and they were able to do the install for a 3 story townhouse in 3 days. I would definitely recommend them to other home owners.
