O. G Professional Carpet Care

A rocking chair foot stool got grease stains on my brand new carpet and they were able to remove it perfectly! First time I've ever used a professional carpet cleaner for spot removal and I'll never try on my own again and just make stains worse! They were quick, professional and vert reasonably priced. Will definitely be using for all future carpet needs.

We’ve used OG a few times now and won’t be using any other company for our carpet cleaning needs ever again. Robert and his son are phenomenal! Thorough, as professional as they come, and excellent in their craft. They’ve treated our home as if it was their own, and worked diligently to make sure all our pet stains and spills were taken care of. They are also very educational and gave my wife and I plenty of tips to handle small messes from pets or otherwise on our own. Our basement had a pipe burst, and the restoration was complete. All was ready to go except for the carpeting that needed cleaning. We searched for recommendations and found O.G. recommended by a couple of people. One had used O.G. regularly for over 20 years! That was enough of a recommendation for me, and working with them was a great experience! They are competitively priced, and I feel that I got my money's worth. The carpet is clean, the stains are gone, and it looks and feels like a brand new basement! They kept me posted on their time of arrival, and got the job done in the time they quoted. Communication was incredible and I will use again whenever we need our carpet cleaned.

I have used this company twice since purchasing my home and would never use any others. 1. They are very responsive - Their preference is to communicate by text if you are comfortable with that. This allows quick, minimally disruptive communication about timing, requests, coordination, etc. 2. They have great availability - I was able to get same-week service both times. 3. They work with your schedule - I had to coordinate around a changing time frame and they were able to accommodate/adapt their arrival time to mesh with mine the day of the appointment. 4.
