O&A Parking Garage

Last year I parked my car there for about 36 hours not 48 hours they charged me for 2 days. That was in July of 2021. When I spoke to the so called boss on the phone he was very nasty , very unprofessional and he thinks it is okay to talk to another grown man like a child . His tone was disrespectful and condescending. I also find it very unprofessional to start speaking Spanish on the phone , not knowing if I can speak or understand the language. I felt disrespected and needed to ensure he was telling him how I felt and expressing my concerns correctly. Now let me speed you up to the other morning, I parked my car at 9:15 pm the night before and I got up to the place before the time ,there was another car already in the drive way and the worker was there took extremely long to open the d

The garage was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. The spaces were spacious enough, and the signage was clear. The garage felt secure, with cameras and controlled access points. Overall, it offered a safe, reliable place to park.

I pay for the monthly parking pass. Great place to leave your car. Its well protected and the attendant Orlando is super professional, friendly, and very nice. Definitely worth the money to keep my car in a safe environment and not deal with looking for parking.
