Oak Bros Tree Care & Removal LLC

This was our second time using Oak Bros Tree Service. We were impressed the first time when they cut and removed a tree we had. We needed some trimming on another two trees we have. They did both trees on the same day in just a few hours, clean up to. They had no problems with maneuvering around other plants, all went well. After we signed the estimate a time frame was given, it was a little bit of a wait but we'll worth it. I am impressed with there services from the start to the finish. Their machinery and skilled work force, I recommend highly.

The estimator from Oak Bros arrived on time and demonstrated impressive expertise, particularly regarding proper pruning techniques and the timing required to prevent oak wilt. He also provided honest advice, recommending against pruning a crabapple tree that wasn't worth the investment. I received a formal contract and estimate the same day. For $975, the crew pruned two decent sized trees—a Sweet Gum and a Scarlet Oak—and the results aligned with our agreement. The cleanup was thorough, leaving behind only one smallish branch lying in the yard.

Oak Bros Tree service did a wonderful job. We had couple of trees that needed trimming. Their team came out and looked at what needed done and gave an estimate. They came out with in 3 or4 days later and trimmed the branches on our trees. Their team came trees look great. They did an amazing jobs. I recommend them very highly. Reasonable price and very efficient in trimming and cleaning. Great job and professional

From estimate to removal, Oak Bros did a great job on my tree removal. The estimate was within a half hour of the actual removal time. The removal crew was professional and worked in a safe manner at all times. When the job was complete the site was as clean and debris-free as reasonably possible. I plan on calling them for future jobs.

I have used this company twice. The first time, they left three approximately 8-foot sections of tree trunk because their chains were dull and never returned to deal with it. The second time, they were disrespectful toward my neighbor and initially left multiple stumps over 12 inches tall. While they did return to address the stumps, the cuts were crap and one was still left at over 12 inches. Although the crew performed the tree removal safely—particularly given that some trees were hanging over my house—I would not describe their work as professional or detail-oriented. I do want to acknowledge Alicia, who was responsive on the phone and made an effort to follow up and help manage the situation.
