I would be very cautious of using this company - They paved our parking lot, they didn't get to it in the fall and had to reschedule in the spring, they upcharged us another 7500 dollars when they came back which I could understand if they did a decent job.. They did not grade it correctly and there is puddling after every rain storm, and bad paving exposure throughout the parking lot. Puddling is a real problem when it freezes in the winter. They also promised to come back and fix it, they never did and they do not respond to any emails asking when they are coming. I would NOT use them if you are considering having your lot or driveway done. They did a bad job, and they refuse to correct this after promising they would.

I never used them as a subcontractor, but… … I was driving my kids to school and was coming down Division Street from Quaker Lane towards Post Road when one of their trucks came flying off of the Route 4 off ramp, through a red light with other cars stopped at the red light! If I had been a single car length ahead of where I was he would have slammed into my car with enough force to totally destroy my Hyundai (I don’t want to think about what could have happened to my Kindergartner and PreK in the back seat if that happened) The driver was oblivious to traffic around him because he was staring at the Cardi job site on the opposite side of the road. He then proceeded to drive over 70 mph down Division Street while kids were waiting for the bus at the side of the road, then whipped a right

Seeing as they moved in across the street from my house I can say what these type of people are. They feel its ok at 10 o'clock at night during the work week to move equipment around. This woke up my Stage 4 cancer patient who also happens to be my father. Instead of getting the sleep he needed, they woke him up from it and he could not get back to sleep. THANKS YOU MORONS! Next time the police will be arriving and I will have you cited. UPDATE: I called them to go what were you doing. The woman goes yea sorry we dont care then hung up on me. Stay the hell away from this company!

Haven't used them as a contractor, but (as others mentioned), they will do loud construction work in residential neighborhoods after 10 pm.

Plowing. They tore up the property with their double wheeled plow. It is so bad. The property manager put out sticks for markers and they drove right over them. I wish I could post pictures of the mounds of turf that has been ripped up all over the place.
