Ordered rocks many times for delivery nearly an hour away. Made the drive and picked up rocks as well, mainly because I wanted to see the place for fun. Professional, helpful, and courteous staff, who helped load and set up deliveries with a positive attitude, and have been 100% prompt and accurate with ordering, paperwork, and all else. I've purchased rock from Oakhurst rock and landscaping several times over the past 2 years. They've always been professional, friendly and easy to work with. The drivers always call to let me know what time they'll arrive and they're never late. They also have reasonable prices. Great company to have up here in the mountains.

Very fortunate to have this business in our small community. They followed through on their delivery and pricing and did an excellent job of calling promptly during the planning process of our front yard. This business I under new ownership and they are doing a great job. Can't wait to spend more money here.

They can never seem to open on time. Have poor or no customer service via telephone. I wouldn't even bother trying to call them. You arrive after 8 am when they open and have to go searching the yard for someone to help. Saturday we called many times to prepay for a load of rock that was to be picked up for a small project to be done Monday morning, and no one answered or called back. Thank you Oakhurst Rock for making what should have been a simple pick up into a time consuming event this morning and doubling my labor and delivery costs. I have had many friends who have complained about this same type of behavior, and I just witnessed it first hand. Today you have hurt my local small business.
