Everything was done professionally and any minor complaints I had were resolved before the deck was handed off. Had a small deck put on my house back in summer. Jake came out, took his measurements and chatted for a while about the project. Real nice guy, easy to talk to. He had the deck up in 3 days and the thing is solid. No creaks, no high or low spots, no loose screws, and I didn't find any screws or debris left behind. Everything is up to code, too.
