Urban Plumbing

Travis repaired an inside water leak in my house a couple months ago. He knew exactly where to find the leak. Very professional job. Very clean. My only issue was the man who he recommended to repair the walls. I had to remove and replace a section so that the bifold door would close. Plus there was drywall dust on in the bathroom and bedroom. The top of the dressers were white. Unacceptable. This had nothing to do with Urban Plumbing. Last week when it was 15 degrees, Travis and his crew replaced my outside water line. Another excellent job. My laundry room was clean as ever when they were done. The yard is very level as could be considering that the dirt was frozen. Much better than other contractors. I hope that Acri starts using them always in the future.

Great service! Urban responded very quickly to my frozen pipe problem during the Jan-Feb cold snap. Coached me through what I needed to do while waiting for my appointment. Turns out the pipe thawed and I did not need the appointment. They graciously accepted the cancellation and told me to call back if needed. I called on Urban for the problem since they had provided excellent bathtub service a year or so ago. Urban is my "go to" plumber!

They arrived promptly and were extremely respectful of my property. They finished the job quickly yet worked in a surgical manner. There was literally no mess left behind. I had a massive pinhole leak that required cutting into the ceiling and they minimized the amount of cutting with precision leaving the area immaculately clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Cranberry Township or the surrounding areas. This is the third time I've used them and I'm finally giving them a review because they deserve it. The second time I used them they helped me resolve a complex drainage issue which actually had to do with my outside gutter- not plumbing. My downstairs drains were backed up, couldn’t use washer, toilet… Travis & Ben came, cleared the drains, cleaned up the debris, checked the outside septic tank and camera scoped the lines. It’s an older terracotta pipe and had some roots starting to grow along the seams. Travis suggested a foaming product to take care of the root issue. He was able to switch my shower head to a handheld one as well! Travis & Ben were awesome, professional, respectful of property and I will continue to use them for any future plumbing issues or projects. I highly recommend Urban Plumbing!

Travis and his helper came out and addressed the problem after some troubleshooting with me in the loop and then he did some test and showed me the main problem and the solution. He was professional and thorough. I would use again for sure. Fair and honest plumber.
