Oasis Pools has taken excellent care of my pool. They showed up on time every week without fail and provided reliable, consistent service. I continue to use them in my real estate business, referring them to my clients and relying on them for all of my pool inspections. Their team is professional, friendly, and always eager to answer questions. I highly recommend Oasis Pools for anyone in need of trustworthy pool service and inspections.

The worst pool remodel ever. I had some loose coping stones fixed, new steps and new liner installed. First off, one of their guys was drinking a beer while installing the coping stones. I didn’t say anything to the owner at the time. Now I regret that. Wrinkles in the liner they never would fix. I had to lower the water and fix those myself as they never would return my phone calls. When they installed the new liner, they didn’t cut it correctly at the steps. Which left a leak costing me 400 a month in water bills for about a year. They never would come back out to fix that issue. Eventually I found a better pool company. They came out the next day I called them. They found the problem and fixed it in just a couple of hours. Had pool Replastered (Blue tile taken off and never got back or replaced). I have had problems ever since. My in ground cleaning system will not work. I’m very disappointed with he cost & it’s still costing me.

Horrible horrible horrible. I’ve dealt with this company for my company and my home. For the company they were the worst. They couldn’t get the pool completed and of course it got worse and eventually due to their timing to being able to get back to us they said the pump broke. They gave us a service charge each time they came out even though the delays were on them. Their customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. They’re rude and will attempt to yell at you if you’re not in agreement with them. For my home they gave us a quote for a pool cover for $2700 and I got it from somewhere else for $700. They are highway robbery!!! They realize they are the only company in town so they hike up their prices quite a bit. They are robbing the good citizens of Vicksburg and the surround

100% recommended. We've had our pool for a bit over a year and are very pleased customers. We've had very few problems, but they've always been fixed as soon as possible. I've no idea about what happened to make Jason curse... I'll have to try to get him to do that next time he comes out :-)
