On top of all of that Mr O'Brien was honest. It can be very overwhelming to make a major purchase like a new roof - but working with Mr OBrien was a dream experience. Working with O’Brien Construction was a real pleasure! We wish we could have worked with him when we had to put a roof on our first house. Competent, informative and honorable to work with. He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from previous owner, but Mr. O’Brien persevered, and our claim was approved, largely due to his reputation and knowledge about roof damage. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend O’Brien construction. I had a water leak in house. They came out inspected it & got right to fixing it. We had to redo the entire master bath, they were easy to work with & made the process easy. So easy I had them redo the floors in the entire house along with some few other things!
