Ridiculously fast response. Fixed in minutes. Dispatcher and service tech were very polite. Signing up for service plan and plan to use them as our new go to for these kind of services. Edit: Just came out for warranty/preventative maintenance. I have to be honest. I normally make sure I am home when contractors come out because some organizations have staff that are.... somewhat sketchy. Sorry, but it is the truth. Everyone I have dealt with at Obrien so far has been wonderful, upfront and generally good people to the point that I would not hesitate to have them in my house with my wife and kids when I am not home. To me that is the best endorsement I could offer anyone. Even my dogs approved

Professional Review of O’Brien Heating & Cooling As soon as the weather started to get cold, I noticed my heat wasn’t working correctly, so I called O’Brien — a company that has serviced this unit for over 15 years. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. Strike 1: They missed the initial appointment completely. No phone call, no apology, no reschedule. Nothing. When the technician finally arrived, he was extremely unorganized and appeared distracted and erratic. After a brief look at the system, he immediately claimed it was a “big job” and said multiple components were “bad.” He started pushing prices right away, even asking for money on the spot. Joe the technician was great! He was early to arrive, quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions in detail, fixed the problem and gave recommendations. He was very pleasant to speak with. I will be calling O'Brien for future needs.

Ryan & Jon have always been professional and courteous. Service appointments are scheduled quickly and technicians show up on time!! They are definitely helping keep my Lennox working efficiently year round.

EDITS But 2 weeks after the annual maintenance, service and cleaning of the gas steam boiler was conducted it stopped working. With a cold weekend coming up, I called the emergency service line late on a Friday afternoon as soon as we discovered the no heat issue. Our service agreement indicates the following: "A Precision Tune-up on your Steam Boiler, 24 hour Priority Emergency Service..." I left 3 voicemail messages on the emergency line Friday 5:56 pm, Friday 6:32 pm and Saturday 9:35 am. The mailbox message states that the technician on call would call me back. That did not happen.
