Excellent experience from selection at the large showroom with lots of samples, styles and weight to the finished install! Very good communication about product availability and when the carpet that was very affordable arrived at the warehouse. I enjoyed shopping local with an experienced sales person, and not dealing with a big box store. The carpet selection was discussed with her and she helped in the decision. The high traffic area needed a certain type of carpet composition and didn’t need to be 88 oz weighted carpet li kg e in the rest of the house. The sale person even had the installers move a upright 44 inch Baldwin piano into the garage.
