Very poor management. Like most, if not all, small contractors in the Ocala Fl area, common courtesy is the least of their concerns. Never answering calls, never returning calls (unless you leave more that five or six messages). There workmanship is very good, albeit a little messy, but very good. It is there customer relations that aggravates you the most. Schedule your job and the day of or the day before they call to say they have to reschedule OR they don't even show up. This is the second time we have used them. We should have known better from the first experience. We have a "Preferred Provider" list of contractors and service companies in our small community (Summer Glen).
