Very Disappointing Customer Service I called to inquire about sauna electrical repair, which is listed on their website, but the customer service was shockingly rude. When I mentioned the service was advertised, the representative yelled, "NO SORRY WE DON'T DO IT OH WELL!" without offering any help or professionalism and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend based on this interaction.

Very unprofessional. Their website lists floor heating and when I called to inquire about it, the person said they don’t do it and hung up on me within 25 seconds
