This is a warning: Check for this contractor's license and don't sign over a check to the salesperson until they give you that info. I have been trying to get my deposit back of $7k that I wrote to him to get started in building our sunroom facing our backyard. Have not heard back from him after leaving several messages and emails. He is ignoring my demand for my $$$ back. DON'T trust a guy that doesn't have adequate info on his biz card or contractor's license. Bruce Johnson, or whatever he goes by, is a scammer! BEWARE, also operating under SunroomSales.com!
