Ocean Parking

Mediocre service. Man said we got a ticket from the original helper when we first got there and he never originally gave it to us, so we had to find a pic with our license plate which took a bit. Also worth mentioning, not one of them seemed like they were in the best moods. Once we got our car it looked fine, which was good. There were some scratches on the side but we believe those were there from a long time ago. Overall the service wasn’t great but at least our car was ok. Don’t really recommend this place.

I had to go to cruise so in rush by mistake I went to Ocean Parking. My experience & advise to myself: 1) “NEVER EVER GO TO THEM”, even if pass thru that street - don’t look-towards this facility 2) Super Super Expensive Expensive 3) Book Online and avoid Ocean Parking 4) Should have read reviews, but in rush had no time. 5) Outside you will see rates with + that may confuse or mislead one. 6) Once inside you may not see their rates as you are already under influence of with + rate you have seen outside. 7) Once you go to pick car they will give you bill and if you give feedback on price they will show you the inside board with price, but your brain is already confused with outside price with +. “Just Avoid It”

The attendants there are running a criminal enterprise by demanding $100 extra to release a Tesla if given without a card key even when it’s perfectly drivable in valet mode (they accepted the car without a card key and drove it off and parked it but then refused to release it a few hours later without the $100 ‘no key’ charge). They even had clamps on the car so there was no way I could drive it off. Not only that, they couldn't figure out how to remove the clamps and made me drive the car over it a couple of times to release the clamps. A bunch of thugs. Stay away!

Very bad experience. Booked it and arrived on time. Security guard said it’s not functional from past 3 days and he is not sure why they are allowing bookings. I ended up raising dispute through my credit card company for refund as none responded from ocean Parking. Will be raise a fraud complaint as well. No one should book. They take your money and don’t provide services. Spothero app saved me in time to get another park near by. If you are the owner and reading this please shutdown your site and stop scamming people.

Scummy people, will charge you over double what is listed due to “taxes and other fees”. Do not recommend
